What We Do

At Mental Wellness Center, we believe that there is no one-size-fits all solution to alleviating your mental health challenges and concerns.

Our professional staff, peer specialists, and family advocates will work with you and/or your family member at your pace, accommodating how you want to move toward your own wellness.

We’re here to support you in a variety of ways through one of our many programs and services. We encourage you to check out the information below to get started. Even the smallest step – like gathering information or reaching out for help – can be the beginning of a real, positive difference in your life or in that of your loved one.

These support, education, and wellness programs are here for you to take care of yourself and your family. To learn more about what might be right for you, call Casey Conneely at 805-325-5580.
